The Person in charge for supervision and application of valid accounting procedures required by the Bulgarian Laws, on one hand, and LIL-12 Ltd principal particular procedures, on the other hand, is the Chief Accountant.

 

The following reports are deemed to be prepared by accounting department – Chief Accountant in direct liaison with the Managing Director.
